AUTORSKÁ PRÁVA v ČR jsou předmětem zločinných praktik organizace na ochranu autorů. Copyright in the Czech Republic is subject to an organisation for the protection of artists which engages in criminal practices.
The Copyright Protection Association (OSA - Ochranného svazu autorského) for rights to musical works has demonstrated that the fulfilment of its duties entails mystification, the manipulation of facts, a campaign of disinformation, the use of falsifications, legal chaos, parallel activities for several OSA entities, non-transparent management practices, an unauthorised expense allowance, unresolved complaints, intimidation, as well as deceiving artists, the authorities and the public. On top of knowingly not paying for the use of work, damaging artists whilst administrating their property, breaching copyright, OSA contracts, statutes, accounting regulations etc. the people running OSA are abusing their position and public connections.

The OSA is supposed to collect payment for the use of music and remunerate those whose music was used. This illusion has been intensified by the courts of the Czech Republic through finding chaos in the legal basis of OSA and verdicts on the legal non-existence of OSA. Nothing is stopping P. Janda, P Chrastina, L Andrst, JUDr. Slanina and other administrators from annually collecting hundreds of millions of Czech crowns in addition to surpassing the OSA NOSTRA scandal (OSA-administered misappropriation of artists´ royalties) through "protecting" the non-payment of royalties and destroying the name, prestige and maintenance of an artist who demands that rights and ethics are observed, and deliberately admonishing contempt over his alleged actions, which, for these purposes, they themselves completely invented.

This perverse protection of intellectual property in the Czech Republic is due to the absence of supervision from the responsible Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic.
